A full ticket system inDiscord, as your own bot

Bring your own bot: You register the bot, it wears your server's name and icon, and we drive it. The token is stored encrypted, the invite asks for least-privilege permissions, and because your bot lives in your server it never queues behind anyone else's verification.
Real ticketing, free forever: Panels with opening forms, claiming, close requests, reopen, private staff threads, transcripts, moving a ticket between panels, and permissions your moderators can actually be trusted with. All of it free.
One AI in both places: The assistant that answers the widget answers inside tickets, from the same knowledge base, with the same honesty rules. Each server also gets its own daily AI budget below your account cap.

Import your docs whole: Point it at your help site and it crawls the pages under that path: order kept, duplicates merged, out-of-scope links left alone, and anything unfetchable is named instead of silently missing. Files work too: Markdown, CSV, JSON, plain text, PDF and Word.
Export on every plan: One click exports the whole knowledge base as JSON, Markdown or CSV, drafts included, and the file re-imports cleanly. Your knowledge stays yours, on the free plan too.
Conflict detection: When two live articles disagree about a fact, the dashboard tells you at save time instead of letting the bot pick one silently.
The unanswered-questions queue: Every question the assistant could not answer lands in a queue with a one-click draft, so the knowledge base grows from real gaps.

Injection-hardened: Knowledge is fenced as data, platform rules outrank everything in it, and our standing red-team suite of 24 injection attempts, including instructions smuggled inside knowledge articles, holds at zero failures.
Speaks the visitor's language: Turn on Translate and the widget and its answers follow each visitor's language while your knowledge stays in yours.

One script tag, real isolation: The widget runs in a genuine cross-origin iframe: your site's scripts cannot read the conversation and its styles cannot leak either way. No fonts or assets load from third-party CDNs, so a strict CSP needs no extra allowances.
A builder that changes architecture, not just color: Panel forms, chat styles, header styles, launcher shapes, gradients and font pairs, with draft and publish and a live preview. Your widget can look like yours, not like ours.
Light and dark, both real: Every surface ships both themes at equal quality, per tenant, and the dashboard itself keeps the same promise.

A live inbox with takeover: Watch conversations, take over from the AI mid-thread, and answer from the dashboard, the desk or Discord. Human replies are never metered.
Unlimited teammates on every paid plan: Per-person site access, capability limits, per-person AI budgets and assigned-only views, so volunteer moderators get exactly the keys you choose.
A spend cap you set: Hard stop by default, warnings on the way up, opt-in auto-topup with a dollar ceiling, and a ledger of every billed message.
